Hi, I’m Thomas Thome.

I’m an Arizona native, husband, father of five and Health Insurance Advisor with ReGen Benefits Group. My faith and family are at the center of who I am and have played an important role in bringing me to where I am today.

Before entering insurance, I spent more than 20 years in the restaurant and hospitality industry, eventually becoming an Operating Partner. I learned that leadership is about people: listening, solving problems and taking care of those who put their trust in you.

After a serious motor vehicle accident and a long road of recovery, life gave me a different perspective. I had to put my trust somewhere other than myself, leaning heavily on my spouse, my family and most importantly my faith. That experience also showed me firsthand how important it is to have the right protection in place before you ever need it.

It ultimately led me to a career where I can continue doing what I’ve always enjoyed most: Helping Other People Every Day (HOPE) and leaving them better than where I found them.

My approach to health insurance is simple: Listen. Educate. Find solutions.

I believe you should understand what you have, why you have it and how it can help when you need it. My job is to listen to what matters to you, walk you through your options and help you find coverage that fits your situation.
